Kind of need help (didn't know where to post this)

So i just changed from Ninjalv9000 to Slooth_The_Ninja and my rank on creative which was Vip+ is now gone and on parkour i was a mapper and i had the insane rank. If staff can please view this. Thank you. (also just tell me if i posted this in the wrong area) :P

You can claim VIP+ on the forums by going to Store --> Claim Rank. For the mapper and insane rank, I believe you can talk to a parkour moderator in game or in private on the forums about claiming those back. In the future, either create a conversation with a staff member about this issue, or find a staff member in game. It is not a problem that you posted it here, however, it might be more convenient for staff to deal with that way. Good luck on getting your ranks back. Thanks!

You can get your mapper rank by grabbing @Purple4me whenever shes on and she can give it back to you. However, sadly we can not return parkour ranks back. Good luck to getting back to Insane :)
