KitPvp kits timer

Hello everyone,
When you try and select a kit after you die, sometimes it gives you a timer to wait. I think their should not be a timer on the free kits, well mostly because they are free, and the timer barely has any effect on anyone. It is just an annoyance to me some times. Please consider this, Thank you.

I believe the reason for the kit timer is so players can't as easily spam kit fight and archer and item bomb.
