Implemented KitPvP Koth

Add corners to capping area of koth so you dont get instantly knocked
Instead of getting rewarded gapples, pearls, et cetera add a new "Koth Crate"
When you successfully cap koth you and your squad (ONLINE MEMBERS ONLY) will recieve a Koth Crate Key and 500 mana.

Title "Capper" (COMMON)
Title "KOTH" (COMMON)
Koth Axe: Sharpness 4 Unbreaking 4 Fire 2 (RARE)
Koth Bow: Power 4 Unbreaking 4 Punch 2 Infinity 1 (UNCOMMON)
Koth Armor: Protection 4 Unbreaking 5 (RARE)
Koth Kit: 2 Pearls 2 Gaps 4 Soups (UNCOMMON)
Scythe: Sharpness 8 Diamond Hoe (LEGENDARY) (CUSTOM TEXTURE IN MANAPACK)
2 Legendary Keys (RARE)
4 Ancient Keys (UNCOMMON)
10000 Cash (COMMON)
1000 Mana (COMMON)
