Guys I've been having an issue where exiting a champion map makes my entire hotbar disappear and the time change to night. If anyone can help me with this that would be great.
Relogging will fix your problem as tasses said, but even if you aren't able to relog at a certain time, you can still get back to checkpoints using the command /cp.
