Its 11:20 am for me and I just woke up. So yeah I am a bit hungry, but I rarely eat breakfast or lunch this early. I normally eat at around 2 pm because I'm never hungry. Is that ok to do? Because I wanna be healthy but I'm just not hungry until 2.
