Some people do /vanish and troll people and they stand where people want to build and they leave the server because they think it's a glitch for ever so all people should have /near to deny the trolling people
Thank you for the suggestion. However, this is not a practical situations. Players would usually be complaining of the glitch, causing a staff member to come over and see what the problem is.
