Locked Fence Gate

On my prison plot there is a fence gate that is "locked with a magical spell", and i can't remove it or fix it in any way.It says that I don't own the fence gate, even though I placed it there,it's on my plot, and no one else has permission to place blocks on my plot. My doors were also locked, but I was able to fix them by destroying the blocks below them. Please correct this issue as soon as possible. Thank you.

Same Problem In Creative! But It Doesnt Say The MSG! The 1.8 Fence Gates (Spruce, Jungle ETC.) When It Opens And When You Go Through it It Teleports You Back! Or Lags-Back And Says "Kicked For Flying Or Related) It Works For Everything But This Doesnt Work For Normal Fence Gate
