Lost Donator Rank

I changed my name yesterday and have lost my donator rank.
Old IGN: TayTayCombo
New IGN: Distrustful
Rank: Vast I believe it was one of the ones before the Eula.
I also lost everything I had on sky block if there is anyway to recover this it would be greatly appreciated.
