Lost every kilton perk

So i started playing 1.5 years ago and i manage to buy the slayer tag, kilton aura and many more that said 'saved across seasons'. Now 1.5 year later i started playing again but i noticed i dont have any of my perks, kilton's aura is activated but i cant deactivated or activated again aka it says locked. Please do something to give my perks back have a nice day.
