Lost spawners

I lost 6 blaze spawners that I got from the freedom chest due to a lag spike, can anyone help?

Sorry to hear this! I’d suggest filing a support ticket for this issue, and if possible provide a screenshot of the message saying you won the spawners (even from your chat logs, I’d be more than happy to direct you to them if you need help finding them).

if you can give me a way to find the message of me getting them that would be great as I got them a few hours ago

Alrighty! Assuming you’re on a windows computer, press the Windows key + R, a little menu should pop up, in that type %appdata%, then look for a folder called .minecraft, in this folder there’ll be another one called logs.

Click that then find your most recent log (they’re organised by date), and in the log, search for your IGN, or “Spawners” - basically anything that will bring up the message given in chat, and you can screenshot this, and attack it to your support ticket.
