Make an ELITE Voice Channel on the discord

Many people like using the Patron and VIP Lounges on the manacube discord server, why not add an ELITE? It only makes sense

Yeah they got rid of the VIP one too, didn't realise when I wrote that, but they should still add the VIP and ELITE one back in my opinion
