Make it so you can see which Discord account your are linked to in game.

I think this could be a useful addition to the server; as myself and (from what i've seen) others had issues where our accounts were supposedly linked to discord accounts, despite my actual discord account having no minecraft profiles linked to it.

I understand that this would be quite a niche change, but I think it would be useful in resolving issues such as this in the future.
