My suggestion is to make the time it takes for parties to disband shorter (like 2 weeks) for player who have less than for example 5 hours of playtime, it's really annoying to want to claim chunks but not be able to since there is a nearby claimed chunk by a player who logged for few minutes, claimed land left the server and never going to come back (/in a really long time, like 8 months), after that, anyone who wants to claim land near that chunk, needs to wait for 2 months until the party will disband
