Message Glitch

Hi, I've been experiencing a glitch for a few days now, where I am not able to message anyone by clicking on their name or typing it in the chat. Whenever I do that, it says player is not online. Please help!

Firstly> Are you positive that they are not online.

Secondly> They May have logged of as soon as you messaged the player.

Sorry if this does not help. I will Try to get a staff member in to handle this. I am no Staff but I saw you needed help and Im here.

Were you on Parkour? On Parkour I took players and when I tried to msg a friend I couldnt and it said she wasnt online.

Trust me, this had happen to me many many times. I can confirm that the player I'm messaging is online, but won't allow me to message that player, as the error says he/she is offline. If it helps, this has been happening for the past 3 weeks or so, and affected me on skywars, and barebones.

Not to mention, a week ago, when I tried to friend msg [/fr msg <player>] when he/she is online, an error occurred that mentions that it will deliver the message when they are online, when they are clearly online on the server

This only happens to me if I have all the players turned off.
