just because i ended his streak on kitpvp

i have the screenshot/text:

Unfortunately, I believe this "threat" to be referring to the KitPvP term "Perm target". I do not believe that Milk would abuse his permissions. If you still feel concerned, you can do what @awesomeboy__ said above to file a staff report.
