Minions not gaining mana from island activities

Hello! I've noticed that some minions on my island doesn't gain mana while others are on full mana all the time.
Is there like a limit for mana minions or something?

you have to make sure your proficiencies are set to the task you're doing. so if youre killing mobs set it to slayer. Also there is a hourly cap on how much mana they can collect per hour. but you can still manually fill them with mana. mana seems to be very easy to get now so I recommend using it to fill your minions when they hit their caps

If it's like survival there is a bug currently that will prevent some minions from getting mana. Change their task, pick em up, place them down and change their task again should fix it.
