Missing Keys (Skyblock)

Hello staff
I've reported this multiple times, and all I've heard is: "Its been reported to higher staff." One of my closest friends on the server and in real life purchased 3 keys around late November (His ign is xXSnowMooxieXx) and he is yet to receive his purchase. It has been months, and he believes he is not longer receiving his purchase and that he has been scammed. Please look into this and deliver his keys asap. : )
