Missing money made in Auction

Hi! I sold a Legendary Pickaxe and Legendary Shovel last night in /auc with a 12hr duration for 250k each.. The items I'm guessing were bought because they aren't in my expired items. However I'm now missing the $500k+ that I should have made from those two sales. I did a helpop but no one answered.. :(

Do you have proof of said items? I did see a legendary shovel being auctioned off but Im not sure about who auctioned it ect. A staff member will help you shortly. Please stay patient :)
