My 2nd Frostbite sword lost..

Today I was pvping with someone with a full inventory. I open /vault to swap SSVs, so I take out my Frostbite sword from /vault and click on some random item in my inventory to replace it with the Frostbite sword. When I do so, the vault closes saying that that item cant be put in it. The item is still in my inventory, but the Frostbite sword has disappeared both from /vault and from my inventory. Please help!
