My Account was RESET!

Yesterday I changed my user and today I came on and my Expert rank along with my Premium rank were both gone. My stats were also reset and I was wondering if my account could be set back to how it was a few days ago. My old user was dannosuar, my current one is dannosaur. Thank You!

Hey dannosaur.

Unfortunately, since you changed your username you won't get your Expert rank back unless you change you name back. Now as for the Premium rank, you'll be able to claim that back on the store: http://store.minevast.com
