Hi there, i have buy 3 days ago with my cubits a VIP rank, ithe rank was already gone so i think it was a glitch, now i'm looking and do not have my rank back, but i have already paid for the rank with cubits, now is my question of i can get back my rank, IGN is Bohatsjoe

Did you purchase it on skyblock? Is it possible that you may have purchased it on a different server such as the prisons or survival?
