Mythical crate key?????

When I logged on kitpvp after voting 50 times and getting my keys on every other server I realised that I only got the gems and cash and never got a crate key.

I have seen a lot of other people complain about this aswell.

Maybe it's a glitch if you have items in your inventory and you
vote 50 times you dont get it.

If your inventory is full, you do not get the key.

My inventory was not full it was half full I think I still should have gotten the key.
