Need help with rank claiming.

Hey, so, I got a new name (jemuzuu, previously James_Dominate) and none of the claim rank buttons work. I've bought Vast, infinite w/e, and had the grade D. Only on creative, though. So, if anyone were to help, that would be greatly appreciated.

At store you can "Buy" a Claim. {I said "Buy" Like this because you buy it free} and ask staff 4 your stuff back at creative <3

That's the problem, it's all bought with gems. It's also stated I can't use it.
