Maybe think about your favourite Minecraft item. You could build a large one of it and then have parkour around or inside! Or you could build any item - many parkours are based around objects such as the Luckyblock one on easy!
You could also build a scenic parkour featuring your favorite biome or something.
It is important that whatever you build, you like it and are passionate about because then it will be easier to work on and submit!
