Why do you want to become staff?
I would like to become staff for the server (Survival), [reason: I will do well in finding exploiters and punishing then also I would like to monitor the server and bring back reports because lately I have seen some weird people in the server using fowl language and saying disturbing things to little kids it really bothers me that people like that are allowed to be on the server. So it would benefit everybody if I had the role as an admin or moderator and monitor the server as most of the time there is nobody to monitor on the server (Survival) so I would really like to help out.]

What skills do you feel you have that will help the server?
I feel im a good leader in the real world and in the fiction/game world. I can spend hours upon end helping people and making sure the server stays clean, I will try my best to keep bad people out of the server and protect the ones playing, I will not abuse my powers and I will be responsible with what I do in the server.
What experiences have you had which could help you as staff? I’ve been class president for 3 out of 4 years of high school, I studied in mathematics and majored in English and I’m currently working in computer programing and creating games on Roblox but if I could become staff I will quit that to work with you guys.
What three attributes distinguish yourself from other players that qualify you to be a helper?
I have very strong communication skills, I am patient and problem-solving, I am passionate and committed to anything you throw in front of me.
Please explain what you believe the role of a staff member is.
I think a server staff should be someone who is kind and fair to everyone and tries to resolve the problems and be committed to creating the best atmosphere in the server as possible, A staff member should be available at least 7-8 hours daily focusing on helping the servers needs and enforcing the rules. A staff member should be available to answer questions, resolving problems and fixing technical issues in the server, and a staff should give ideas to better the server. A staff member helps the community grow by following the rules and making sure others follow the rules as well and it, they don’t there will be punishment. They should create a welcoming and inclusive place for new players in the server. A staff member isn’t just someone who enforces the rules. All staff and mods are a team helping to make the community better and stronger.

I am great at coding and software development and I am a great listener and will do anything you ask no matter what the task will be.
