No Rank?

Hello MineVast Staff and Members,
I just have a tiny problem with a rank upgrade I didn't receive. I came 2nd last month in the voting which means I get a Global rank upgrade, and I received all of the rank upgrades on all the servers but parkour because I am still Premium (should be VIP). Can this please be resolved for me.

same here, I'm missing my sponsor rank on some severs.

p.s will we get a rank upgrade when prison comes out? @Dacon
