Hello! I understand the frustration, however the appeal has only been up since yesterday. Staff members aim to answer ban/mute appeals as quickly as possible, however we do ask for a little patience. Your friend isn't the only one with a ban appeal, and it takes time to come to a conclusion, especially with ban appeals.
A member of staff will contact your friend with any information on the appeal, however they may need to be pinged in order to see any updates with it. I noticed you also created an appeal for your friend, and I encourage you not to do this in the future, as it gives staff more work, and takes away from the real appeal. It will definitely be looked at, but these things take time.
