OG Title

Hello, I have a problem, I can't claim the OG title, it's because I just changed my name or I think that is.
My name was ANT0_, I started playing with my old name ''xXGamerPro300Xx'', now I changed it to ''TheTonita'',
and I can't claim the OG rank, if you can fix it, please.
And I bought the VIP rank in 2015, in minevast

I suggest waiting for Dacon because he is the only 1 who can sort it really. I think what should happen at least is what Dacon did with the ranks. He made it so you could claim it back for free if lost. Of course providing the fact you have the OG in the first place.

I have the same problem, it is a bit different though. I bought Legend back in 2015 and I cannot claim my OG title because I changed my name. I really want the title but Dacon wont really do anything. :"(

@garrogas our records show that you were able to claim the OG title and it has been added to each server as an option when you login. Perhaps you just have not activated it?
