Parkour Cooldown Tokens

As of right now, i have too many cooldown tokens. I never use them. I think nobody does. You basically never run have the cooldown either way. Basically cooldown tokene are the most useless item right now. I have 2 ideas on how to fix this:
1. There could be a shop where you can like trade several items for mana.
2. Lower the chance of actually getting cooldown tokens in the promotional key. Maybe replace them with some interesting heads or banners.

I'm not the kind of player who plays champ maps constantly (maybe once every two weeks if I feel like it lol), so I also don't have much use for cooldown tokens. I'm not sure about putting heads or banners in the seasonal crates as I think players would be upset to pay money for a banner, but I do agree that it would be nice to have the chances lowered a bit. Interested to see the ideas people come up with on this thread!
