I haven't been on in a while maybe 2 months. I lost my donator rank and my parkour rank. I was Pro or Skilled. It would mean a lot if you fixed my rank, yet I understand if you cant.

Sorry for the late reply!

You will be able to reclaim your donator rank on the store soon.
Regarding your other rank, if this was earned before the parkour reset in summer 2015 you will not be able to get it back. This also applies if you change your name, as there is no protection for keeping your rank.
