You dont get any perks. I mean, I believe B+ and higher get Voxel Sniper, But thats it.

Yes, you get basic commands like /hat, and extra plot for the D grade.
/kittycannon and /back for the C grade
WorldEdit, Plot merging, fireworks, and tp for the B grade
Extra Plots, Advanced WorldEdit, VoxelSniper, VIP perks and more for the A and A+ grade
