I'm wondering why so many mods are inactive on the forums, is this staff member still staff? I mean, he hasn't been active and should be demoted.

Going to try and keep this positive, staff are people like us, not some crazy robots. They have a life like us, and no one's lives are perfect! So there's no need to blame them. School gets in the way for most of us I'm sure.
