Problem with my santa sleigh

look i have talk to dacon about this and he telling me it fake but i promise it isn't you can see i brought the Christmas bundle and the Christmas keys and I'm telling you when i receive the sleigh it said right click on it and i did and nothing happened so i thought maybe it need rail roads so i place it on rail roads and nothing happened so i broke the sleigh and it lost the enchant and does nothing so could someone please fix this

You can use the sleigh to farm Nether wart. It has Fortune X I believe, making nether wart have a greater chance of dropping a lot more than, let's say, using a regular shovel, or something

I don't think staff can do anything about that as you placed it and it is your fault, I understand that its common sense to place a minecart on rail roads but it was made for nether warts i believe <3

Unfortunately there is nothing that can be done. If you had video proof of you breaking the sleigh then perhaps it could be returned.
