Problems with Ad player

Hello everyone, I am making this post because after I reset my PC a matter of 3 or so days ago I have been having some serious issues with the ad player. When I go to the page I get a black player and I have tried using a VPN, disabling and completely removing AdBlock from chrome and tried using different browsers and it just won’t work. before I reset my computer, there was no issue playing the ads in chrome so if anyone has a fix or some tips I would be very appreciative!
