Purchased VIP+ on website

I purchased the VIP+ rank on the website under the impression it would give me /fly. I was then told in-game that the information on the website is old and I would not be receiving the ability. Please add these privilege's to my account per the purchase agreement.

Unfortunately the store information is slightly outdated, and some perks have been changed/removed. When purchasing items on the store, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions which state you’re also agreeable to changes to ranks/packages at the owner’s discretion.

You are welcome to make suggestions for perks of course. The admins do update the store as often as possible, so I do apologise for any inconvenience caused. That being said, I would suggest removing the image with payment information that you attached, just as it can be sensitive information and the only people who need access to the purchase ID would be yourself and admins when looking into a purchase.
