Purple4me Abusing /mute

I was muted by Purple4me for 4 hours for telling her what AmericanRusty was saying. I was speaking for Rusty because he was muted for something everyone on the server said 5 times: Gingots and Guggets, and Rusty was the only player muted. My point is, Purple4me abuses /mute.
