PV 1 and getting a rank.

So i bought the the pv 1 in the mana shop, then i got a rank (vip) and the pv 1 i bought with mana turned into the one that came with the rank. Just wondering if there was a fix. Or maybe you guys could make it a fix. Thanks!

Unfortunately there is no fix for this. The vault from /shop in game is meant to be purchased for players who do not have a rank so they can get a nice free to play feature. However, feel free to create a support ticket here: manacube.com/support and explain the situation and they may be able to refund you some mana.
