Rank loss

Okay so I had bought a rank on minevast during thanksgiving sale, then just today I changed my name to the DerpyUnicornYT but my username before that was _DerpUnicorn_ So can I get my rank on my account again? I am very sad/mad that this happened so please help ASAP.

I have lost my rank also, but I have not changed my name I just haven't played for a year. To be completely honest I still have it on some of the servers such as Parkour, Prision and Creative but other than that I do not.

I haven't tried that as it says "make sure to have logged in to all servers with your new username" and my username isn't new.

Well, the servers where you don't have your rank have been updated since you last had your rank. So, to them, your name was a "new name". Just go ahead and try claiming your rank. Then give it about 20 minutes or so to show up on all the servers. If you have problems, just let me know. I'd be happy to help.
