I don't really see an issue with it. On some servers there's 100 people talking in chat, so there isn't a massive issue there. If someone breaks rules, of course we can punish them. But 100 people using /shout every 10 minutes is very similar to people talking on the server.
Yeah once a filter gets in and the hyped dies down it should start to relax, Its just the hype of being able to do this new command, As long as we can get those troublemakers off /shout which is happening but will be a process.
