Returning Player rank question

Hello I played Manacube many seasons ago before rank MVP+ was created, I was rank MVP and it shows it in the main Lobby but once on Skyblock it does not show my rank and /reclaim is not working. How do I get my rank back?

Make a ticket on forums to have your global MVP reinstated across all servers. That should also fix your /reclaim issue.
