Reward Key from completing quest

[KRAZYKUB]

My ign is KRAZYKUB and when I finished the jumpting quest I got a reward chests and 1 quest point. Upon opening the reward chest it said I got a reward key but when I checked my inventory nothing. Screenshot attached!

I’d suggest filing a support ticket for this, so an admin can hopefully help resolve this for you. Please try to include the evidence in your ticket too!
