Hey,

I loose all my progression (I was Expert with 1800 Gems in my Wallet) after change my name !

I had cosmetics too... It's possible to have my Progression back, but the Server will do for me ?

They can't give you your rank and gems back because parkour server doesn't support name changes, neither does creative. You can change your name back to get your rank back and gems. You can also pay gems onto the new name that you are going to change it to and then when you log on with that name you will have the gems.

You cannot get your rank back after a name change. If you work hard I bet you will be back to Expert in no time!
