Scam/Money loss Possible Ban for "captain4ibtesam"

Hi all, I was playing on the new Kit-PvP server and the server just got a vote party we all opened up our crates and then this happened. My IGN: SHORTY_KIDD AKA DavidTheShort.

I never got the money back captain4ibtesam said he had given me the money on my screen I did not get it at all. I'm not sure if this was a glitch with the money or if he is still lying and scamming me. I believe this is punishable like I said I would appreciate if a mod were to look into this. Thank You.

I talked to him today at school, he said he had the diamond helmet then died with it shortly after. He told me he payed, but I'm not sure about that because he said scammed in chat. Knowing him, he probably didn't pay you. =P
