How does the leader board for " Most Efficient Party " Win? i dont understand what it is based off of

most efficient party is who's party has the best/fastest way to earn money, but ye paypal is defo gonan win dat

That wouldn't make sense. If that was how the most efficient was calculated, then whoever wins the richest party, would probably win that one as well. So I'm pretty it has to be something unrelated. You could be right though
