Sell wand issue

SO I played survival and had a sell wand i bought using cubits. I use to put it away in /vault as i though it was like a value used for storing only special items such as sell wands. I took a break and grinded skyblock but when I came back to survival i was gonna sell some chests and did /vault. Then I got a message like /pv <number> but i got confused and did /vault but same message so I put a 1 in for the number but it says I don't have the perk. I was just wondering if I lost my sell wand for good or is it just some glitch that I just need to wait to get fixed. Also if i did lose it can it get replaced or no. Also I changed my username to Burntbread_ if your wondering why Minirun doesn't exist

Also, it could be because you changed your username (although Survival is suppose to be equipt to handle name changes), but all your questions should be answered if you open a handy-dandy ticket!
