I know this might be hard for everyone but today (21/04) MineVast ran into a problem. Our dedicated server was accidentally shut down while our servers were still running and this caused massive data corruption on our network.
This only happened because we JUST recently transferred to our new host and haven't set up remote backups yet and if something like this ever happened again, it wouldn't be a problem.
The only way we could combat this corrupted data is by rolling all our servers back to Satuday the 18th, four days ago. By doing this all actions that you have done on MineVast these past 3 days will no longer exist, these include but are not limited to; KitPvP levels, Prison ranks, Parkour ranks, Gems, Skyblock island progress.
Among these problems lies the fate of Creative and Factions which we were unable to save and have been completely deleted. As many of you may already know, Creative was receiving a complete revamp that we were working on separately from the main server. Because we were unable to recover any Creative data we will have to push out this revamp by hopefully tonight or tomorrow.
Factions will be put on hold for a while so that we can make the network stable again like it had been before these rough past 2 weeks. Anyone who donated within the last four days will have to re-claim their ranks at our store or alert a staff member.
