I personally liked this map even if I couldn't all of the jumps and It looks great

Okay, SO! A word of warning, I am NOT anywhere near close to good at parkour so my judgments on certain jumps may not be valid throughout my comment.
Overall your parkour is GREAT and really fun to play, so I am going to give you a +1 as although later I may seem a little critical, I still think the map was great fun!
Improvements:
The first improvement that could be made (in my opinion) could be this jump at this location: https://prnt.sc/kq4zvb
I think this because although this being an insane map and most people knowing where to go, I ended up a bit lost.
The second improvement that could be make (in my opinion) would be a series of jumps: http://prntscr.com/kq511b
Due to it being glass panes, I was unable to see where to jump. I thought at first that it was my texture pack, therefore I changed to the default texture pack and the situation was the same: http://prntscr.com/kq5drw. The improvement that I would make would be to add signs on the panes you are suppose to jump on so it is more visible.

Sorry to tell you that your map have been rejected.
I'm not a fan of the theme, because there is already some Mines themed maps, so it's not really original. The build could be better, it's really messy because there is no main build, only scattered build, and there is a lot of floating jumps. The parkour could be better, it's pretty repetitive, try to use different type of blocks through the map, not one in one part.
