I was wondering is there a way to promote my coleader up to the leader of my island and i drop down.
If not, this could be an idea to add in the future.

If you would like, you can do /is transfer <user>
And than you would have to ask them to repromote you to Co-Leader.
This is to avoid situations becoming problematic, as if you are owner, you must agree to give them full ownership of the island.
