What is a warp? Sorry, I am rather inexperienced.

A warp is a set location that anyone can teleport to at any time. Where teleporting to a player only works when the player is online and when that player accepts your teleport, teleporting to a warp with /warp (warp’s name) lets you teleport to that certain place whenever you want. Not everyone has the ability to set a warp; I know that Premium rank can set them, so Premium rank and higher can set warps. Even if you can’t set them, though, you can still teleport to warps made by other people. I hope I helped
