/Spawn and /Hades in Combat

I was fighting in volcano when someone typed /spawn or /hades and left in the middle of it. I feel like that there should be a version of the combat tag for doing that so that people can't go to spawn for 15-20s after being hit. Can you please comment about this?

He must of left the server causing him to not die you cannot use /spawn or /hades in a combat area
